In 2013 Phil started West Wildlife to provide a better life for his family. Phil is constantly learning new and innovative ways to combat your nuisance wildlife and habitat management needs. He has the knowledge and determination required to humanely and professionally provide you with complete solutions to your needs.

Tim Frisbee
Foreman - Wildlife Control Division
Between his unbeatable work ethic, love of the outdoors and construction background - Tim quickly grew into his role as our Nuisance Wildlife Foreman. In 2020 we were told "I have a really hard working guy you have to meet" and the rest is history. Tim is always willing to help and teach and we'd be lost without him.
Jake Young
Foreman - Wildlife Habitat Division
You'll find Jake working in the woods managing habitat for wildlife, or when needed helping out with wildlife control issues. Jake started with us in 2020 while still at SUNY Cobleskill and his education has made him a very versitile employee. After graduating in 2021, he decided to stick around. His determination and flexibility is one for the books. You'll be lucky to meet him!
Shelby McConnell
Office Manager
If you've called our office, you've spoken with Shelby. She is truly a jack of all trades in the office. Whether you need an inspection, the printer fixed, or a skull cleaned - Shelby is your go-to. If you're having issues with nuisance wildlife, give our office a call and she'll be ready to help!
